THERAPEUTIC YOGA

Yoga is an ancient and evolving modality for healing that incorporates movement, postures, breath and mindfulness.  A growing number of studies show that yoga can be a powerful tool for regulating emotions and healing the nervous system.  It allows us to build tolerance and resilience to sensations within the body, in a safe and manageable way.
